Can I ride it on UK roads?
This model exceeds the UK limit for electrically assisted pedal cycles (15.5 mph / 250W), so it is sold for use on private land and permitted off-road areas. Riding it on public roads would require registration, insurance and an appropriate licence.
How much assembly is needed?
It arrives 90% pre-assembled. You attach the handlebars, pedals and front wheel — basic tools are included and it takes most people under 30 minutes.
Can I charge the battery indoors?
Yes. The 48V battery is removable, so you can bring it inside and charge from a normal socket. A full charge takes around 6 hours.
What does the warranty cover?
The motor, battery and charger are covered for 1 year. If anything is faulty on arrival, contact us within 14 days with photos or video and we'll resolve it.
Speeds above 15.5 mph are for off-road / private-land use only. Range varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature and assist level. Always wear a helmet and check local regulations before riding.
